masterkeywendyht – WEEK 19 – Parallel Ideas Whose Time Have Come

Aloha.  I’ve posted, in earlier blogs, some positive inspirational quotes from Ghandi that offered ideas that were parallel to the ideas of  the MKMMA programme.  As I’m working from outside the MKMMA programme, I’d like to quote some words of wisdom from Abraham-Hicks which I’m finding very inspiring and quite parallel with the Haanel and Og writings.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I have…

DAILY QUOTE – 15 feb 2016
When you continue to ask the question, you continue to practice the vibration of the question, which is different than the vibration of the answer. But when you quiet your mind, so that you are no longer keeping the question active, then the answer can come to you. Because you are not holding yourself in the tension of the unanswered question.

What we focus on, we become, through the Law of Attraction.  I found this Daily Quote to be quite profound.  And, of course, it speaks to the power of the “daily SIT!”

DAILY QUOTE – 16 feb 2016
Meditation is a powerful tool. If we were standing in your physical shoes, we would meditate on a regular basis for the sweet relief of a quiet mind. There is no better way of stopping the momentum of something unwanted, and to allow the momentum of something wanted, than to meditate—other than getting a full night’s sleep.

For me, this is about meeting challenges – and last week, I believe I commented on someone’s blog post that my new fun way to face a challenge is as follows:
Take the CH of ‘challenge’ and the OP of ‘opportunity’ and give a nice karate CHOP to the challenge – toss the pieces down the garbage chute (E. Fox’s idea).  I’ve been mulling this idea over in my mind and have now added the following:
Then, I move my arms into a sphere above my head and sing R Murray Schafer’s “O Sun Father, Light of the World.  I come to you.  I sing to you.  My spirit soars.  I am One With You.”  This may be done aloud or silently – and because it uses my voice, which is part of my being and my soul; and my arms; and music; and a Hero’s Stance (forehead back & arms raised as in “surrender to the wolf” – perhaps representing “detachment” from the HOW of manifesting the opportunity or one’s DMP); it’s a pretty powerful way to effect change in the moment.    And, of course, there’s more on the “daily SIT!”

DAILY QUOTE – 17 feb 2016
When you wake up in the morning, the cells of your body have pushed the reset button. And if you don’t reintroduce negative beliefs that you have about your body or about your ability, as soon as you wake up—then you have a fresh start.

Again, it’s what we focus our thoughts on that we attract into our life.  This idea of a fresh start reminds me of what I say to singing students…that it’s important to feel “buoyant” and “scintillating” in order to have the energy to sing.  I talk about this in terms of helping students “place” their voice in the “mask of the face.”  Most students will, under stress, resort to placing their singing  voice where they would in speech.  In the English language, that tends to mean coming from the “surgical mask” rather than from the (ideal) “party mask!”  The party mask is up in the area of the sinuses – where the voice can actually resonate well and without effort.  Substitute negative and positive thoughts/beliefs for the surgical and party masks.  And how can one transition from the surgical mask up to the party mask?  Think of bouncing on a trampoline!  It takes only one bounce to take you up into the “party mask” – in a heart beat!  It’s impossible to stay heavy or dull when you’re bouncing on a trampoline…it’s pure joy!

DAILY QUOTE – 18 feb 2016
**When you are exploring contrast, we want you to remind yourself: I am not doing something wrong standing in this contrasting place. I am doing something leading edge. I am doing something more refining. I am doing something more specific. I am not standing in a wrong place. I am standing in a right place.

In other blogs, I’ve mentioned that for years I’d said that “I always seemed to be in the right place at the wrong time.”  For me, this is about knowing that the Law of Substitution takes us to a “right place” – with a single “CHOP!”

DAILY QUOTE – 19 feb 2016
Of course, you are enjoying your personal desires and preferences, because that’s what you signed on for. You said, “I will focus into a physical body! I will explore! I will be inspired to improvement—constant, never-ending, personal improvement and expansion! And once I have identified a desire, I will focus purely in a non-resisted way, upon it. I will not let old beliefs deny my new desire.

Is that not the core of the MKMMA programme?  Being inspired to improve oneself constantly – even after your 26 weeks in the programme.  And to identify a desire – one’s DMP (Definite Major Purpose) – and focus all energies towards one’s DMP, allowing all challenges and negative thoughts or beliefs to fall away…allowing the cement to fall away in order to reveal the golden Buddha that is at the heart of each of us.

Mahalo for being here, for growing as a person.

Have Courage…be Brilliant…SHINE!

Yours in Gratitude, Light & Love, Peace & Joy

Great food for my thought. My tribe group had our first group sit yesterday. It was pretty awesome. Lots here for us to improve.
